Our Accommodation Office offers conference and exhibition organisers a free, fast and efficient system to match your delegate needs with the right hotels at the right price and will book these directly for you.

We negotiate with hoteliers to provide availability, special rates, and handle bookings to meet every delegate's needs, taking the frustration out of choosing and arranging somewhere to stay for your conference in Eastbourne.

BOOKING ONLINE
Arranging your delegate accommodation couldn't be easier with our online booking system.
We provide each conference with a unique website address to access their special delegate rates in our online booking system. This gives delegates the option to search and browse for the best rates during the conference and the best accommodation facilities to suit their needs.

All online bookings are confirmed direct to the accommodation at the time of booking (you will be required to enter your credit card details). Following your booking, your accommodation provider may process your credit card as payment for your deposit - your card will not be charged by the Eastbourne Accommodation Office.
