We offer a free, impartial venue finding service, with information and advice on all of Eastbourne's conference facilities. We take bookings for the Devonshire Park Centre and help to plan your conference in the town.

We can provide support on a wide range of conference services including audio visual equipment, exhibition builders, photographers and insurance. Local specialists and trade suppliers can be sourced via our conference office saving both time and expense.

We've got lots of helpful and practical information for delegates, from transport advice to theatre programmes. We can supply suggested itineraries with information on all of Eastbourne's and the surrounding area's events and attractions, including Michelham Priory, The English Wine Centre and Herstmonceux Castle.

Eastbourne Conference Bureau hosts familiarisation visits every year and we can arrange and conduct site visits at times suited to the individual.
