Part of the Eastbourne Extreme Sports Weekend.

600m Swim - 19km Bike Ride - 5km Run

The route has been designed to be one of the hardest sprint distance triathlons on the calendar, with an open water sea swim, followed by hilly and challenging bike and run courses. Ultimately we aim to make this a successful fund raiser for the RNLI / Lifeguards and Surfers Against Sewage (SAS).
