Arlington Bluebell Walk & Farm Trail
2013 marks our 41st anniversary, opening everyday from April 11 until May 19. This year we have created a Memorial Glade to remember loved ones, and a Memorial Book to record your thoughts and memories of those who used to visit the Bluebell Walk.
We have calculated that, since 1972 £215,000 has been raised for 60 local charities; converted to present day values, this is over £500,000!
There are 8 interesting walks over three working farms, plus a 23 acre Bluebell Wood. One walk is specifically designed for those who have walking difficulties and disability scooters are always available free of charge to give independence to those with mobility needs.
Delicious refreshments are served throughout the day, provided by one of 18 Registered Charities. We invite you to join the Friends of Arlington Bluebell Walk, to enter the Photographic competition with five classes, paint me a Bluebell, and a childrens quiz. See farm animals and cows being milked. Enjoy the wonderful flora and fauna of this unspoilt part of East Sussex and the lovely views of the countryside and South Downs.
