Quality refurbished last year. Set back from the private road with level access to cottage. Ideal choice for both summer and winter breaks. Designed for all year round comfort, including full gas central heating for relaxing in those cooler months, exceptionally well fitted throughout.

Lounge includes TV/Freesat/Freeview/DVD/radio/Wii Games console. Internet WiFi is also available. 2 x settees and a higher tub chair ensures comfort for all. The shower also has a fold down seat.

Private, quiet, convenient location bordering the new Sovereign Harbour and Marina complex and the Crumbles shopping centre/multiscreen cinema/restaurants/gymnasium etc. Level access to most facilities, beach & promenade. Having a small picket fence around the patio this cottage/bungalow is very suitable for guests with small children or pets.

Coastal bus route 99 from Eastbourne and Hastings to Sovereign Harbour North /ASDA, walk back to second left towards Eastbourne.
