Situated just yards from the seafront but in a quiet side road to ensure a relaxing, peaceful stay. All rooms come equipped with TV's, hairdryers, a hospitality tray and toiletries. Four rooms have en-suite facilities and just two rooms share facilities on each floor. A substantial Continental breakfast is offered as an alternative to our full English breakfast, if desired. Arrival check-in is from 2.00 pm (latest check-in time 8.30 pm). Check-out time is 10.00 am.

Within 100 yards of the seafront. Ten minutes walk to town centre. Many restaurants catering to all tastes (Chinese, Indian, Thai, Italian, Fish & Chips) within a couple of minutes' walk. Excellent family-run pub serving home cooked food close by. Fifteen minutes' walk to theatres.

Turn left out of the train station in the direction of the town centre, bringing you to the bus precinct. Buses are on the same side as McDonalds. Ask for the "Leaf Hall" stop (4 bus stops) which is in a road called Seaside. Marine Road lies parallel to this, behind the Marine Pub.
If walking, go through the town centre to the seafront. Once there, turn left and walk past the pier until you reach an ice-cream parlour (Fusciardi's), this is in Marine Road.
