Completed in 1996, the International Lawn Tennis Centre has welcomed many of the World's top tennis stars, including many Grand Slam champions. Offering modern facilities, its location in the historic setting of Devonshire Park has seen over a century of tennis.

World Class Grass Courts
With a team of dedicated Grounds Staff, Devonshire Park is widely regarded as having some of the World's best grass tennis courts, making it a popular venue for practice and competition in the lead up to Wimbledon.

AEGON International
Home of the AEGON International, a WTA tier II and ATP event held every June, past champions include Kim Clijsters, Justine Henin, Lindsey Davenport and crowd favourite Martina Navratilova, awarded Freedom of the Borough in 2006.

Devonshire Park is located just a few minutes walk of the seafront, hotels, theatres, art gallery, train station and town centre shops. Transport to and from the venue can be arranged on request and car parking is available on site.

Security & Safety
A self contained tennis venue, close to all major hotels, the International Lawn Tennis Centre has been used for several Great Britain home Davis Cup ties and is an ideal location for security conscious teams.

Staff work closely with emergency services on all international events to ensure security and safety, and emergency medical treatment is available at the Eastbourne District & General Hospital.
