The Devonshire Park Centre, is the town’s main conference venue offering a wide choice of space for meetings, exhibitions, banquets, dances, product launches, press conferences, and special events.

Set in the beautiful Devonshire Park in the heart of the hotel district and cultural quarter it is ideally located for shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities.

With easy access ideal for larger exhibits and conferences, the Centre offers up to 2,500m² of space. This is achieved by linking the Congress Suite, Floral Hall and Devonshire Park Halls to provide a fully integrated area.

The Centre has three-phase power supply, and Devonshire Park Halls has power points dotted throughout for use in illuminating displays and providing ready communications. Additional space can be created by erecting marquees on hard-standing areas adjoining the centre.

The airy Devonshire Park Halls provide an airy space for exhibitions and is linked to the Floral Hall by a retractable tunnel.

The spacious Congress Theatre is the main auditorium seating up to 1,700, and includes a large stage with direct access for conference sets.

The rest of the Centre flows through from the Congress Theatre under cover. The link to the Winter Garden Floral Hall and Gold Room is via the attractive Congress Suite. Wide sliding doors give direct access to Devonshire Park.

The multi-purpose Floral Hall and versatile Gold Room provide areas for meetings, exhibition space or social facilities. A full catering service is available throughout.

The attractive contemporary International Lawn Tennis Centre adds to the extensive facilities available and offers a further six rooms, catering for between 20 and 180 people and suitable for smaller meeting and breakout sessions.
