"The Ceremony" the Hydro has been granted a licence for civil weddings to be solemnised at the hotel and now offer the Wedgwood Room on the first floor with views of the garden and the sea which will accommodate up to 100 guests.

"The Wedding Breakfast" the Hydro is proud of its reputation for excellent cuisine whatever the occasion may be. We have produced a range of dishes on our Banqueting Menus from which you can make a menu of your own choice to ensure that it meets with your personal taste and budget. An extensive wine list is available to compliment your meal.
