Celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in Eastbourne with a packed programme of events, including the return for the second year of the cultural fusion Fiesta!

The Eastbourne Cultural Communities Network
The Eastbourne Cultural Communities Network are planning a culturally diverse day of fun and education. Acts so far include the Pentacle Drummers and the Dub n Tuff Allstars.
The event features alongside an internationally themed The Big Lunch Street Party on 3 June to celebrate Her Majesty the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
Kayjay Zumba will be kick-starting the Eastbourne Fiesta at The Western Lawns by performing an 'outside class'! Eastbourne Fiesta offers you the chance to try new fitness craze Zumba with an energetic masterclass.
Zumba is an aerobic fitness program originating from Columbia combining Latin and Salsa dance vibes. Time to find your hidden talent and try something a little different! The more people that can get along to this free class, the bigger the bang we will create!

Fiesta Theatre - Calling All Chefs!
Eastbourne restaurants and chefs are being invited to demonstrate their signature dish as part of Food Theatre at this years Fiesta and Diamond Jubilee event.

Mini Beer Festival
Celebrate the best of British real ale with a fabulous selection of regional ales and ciders on the seafront Western Lawns. Sample a range from across the South East, including locally produced ales on our doorstep!

Eastbourne Sunshine Carnival
Live music, entertainment and fairground rides throughout the day culminates in the first Eastbourne Sunshine Carnival during the evening. After show party follows on the Western Lawns with music from Beve and the Beatroots.

Carr Taylor Vineyard Wine Talk
A fascinating wine talk from Carr Taylor Vineyard will take place on Eastbourne seafront over the Jubilee weekend. More information on dates and times coming soon.

Diamond Jubilee Day
A seafront party with live performances, Barn Dance, competitions, a seafront classic vehicle cavalcade and static display. A big screen on Western Lawns will carry the BBC Concert from Buckingham Palace which will be followed by a Beacon lighting and fireworks display.

BBC Master Chef Winner Demonstrates at Eastbourne's Fiesta! 2012
Peter Bayless, the independent chef, food writer, teacher and demonstrator PLUS winner of the BBC series Master Chef in 2006, will be demonstrating his culinary skills in the Fiesta Theatre. After last years excellent demonstration of Greek cuisine - this is a must for foodies!

Jubilee Flotilla
Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club and Permier Marinas will celebrate the Diamond Jubilee with a Jubilee Flotilla of dressed boats from Sovereign Harbour to the iconic Beachy Head Lighthouse. Commentary from the Western Lawns and a prize for the best dressed boat.

Celebrate the Diamond Jubilee by taking part in a traditional English competition - the Tug of War. Open to Pubs, Clubs and Organisations to join us on the Western Lawns for a good old fashioned team rout and win beer tokens and Beer Festival tickets. View Tug Rules

A jam-packed line up of bands will provide endless entertainment from the Fiesta stage where visitors are invited to enjoy music from across the globe.

Barn Dance
Local Morris Dancers bring a traditional feel and there's fun to be had in the Fiesta Barn Dance competition on the Western Lawns.

Italian Market
Taking place on the middle promenade near to the pier. Italia In Piazza is an innovative authentic food market selling imported Italian produce. For more information click here.
