Marie Curie Walk 10 at Western Lawns

Join us for our sponsored 10k walk in Eastbourne this summer and raise money to help our Marie Curie Nurses continue providing care for terminally ill patients in your area.

Following the success of last year’s Walk Ten in Eastbourne, which saw over 290 walkers helping to reach the £436,000 that Walk Ten 2011 raised for Marie Curie Cancer Care, we are delighted to announce the return of another stunning walk taking place in East Sussex.

Join the celebrations
Round off your summer with an evening stroll through Eastbourne’s famous promenade. Take in the sea air and the seaside’s main attractions as the sun sets over the ocean.

Ensure you pack your picnic basket and then sit back and join in our festival-like atmosphere as we gather to celebrate the work of your local Marie Curie Nurses with live music and family entertainment.

The evening will end with celebrations to mark the time Marie Curie Nurses begin their night shifts – to remember the fantastic work they do in caring for people with terminal cancer and other illnesses.

Prices

Online registration for this event is now open and priced at £10.

You will also be able to register for this Walk Ten event on the night. On the night registration is priced at £20.

Children under 16 are free and do not need to register, but must be accompanied by an adult.
