Modern, stylish and highly rated, The Guesthouse East is set in a beautiful Grade II listed Regency villa just a pebble’s throw from the beach and minutes from the theatres, restaurants and attractions of Eastbourne.

There are seven individually-styled rooms, each designed to the highest standards with spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms – and six of these suites also have their own kitchen. Suites range from spacious doubles or twins, to family sized, sleeping up to 5. Plus there's free WiFi, TV/DVD, fluffy towels, toiletries, hairdryer, complimentary teas, coffees and even sweets.

Newly refurbished and walker/cyclist/family friendly, this is a great base for watching the pre-Wimbledon AEGON International Tennis, exploring the stunning South Downs and nearby historic sites, and for day trips to London by direct train.

With kitchens in most suites, you are well equipped to look after yourself. But if you’re in need of some TLC why not indulge yourself at breakfast with a home-cooked full English or Carl’s legendary porridge, or even kick back and relax with an on-site massage, facial or other pampering treatment (book in advance). And if your clothing is looking worse for wear, you can get a load of washing done. Children welcome from any age.
