Welcome to Eastbourne's Magnificent Motors

Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th of May 2013 - Bank Holiday Weekend  

Motors is established as one of the biggest FREE motoring spectaculars on the south coast. More than 500 vintage and classic cars, motorbikes, buses, and more all displayed on Eastbourne's Princes Park and eastern seafront.

Highlights of 2012's Event 

The Mayor lead the cavalcade on a Harley Davidson.

Being Jubilee year we were pleased to have several 1952 vehicles including 4 MG TDs, I Alvis a Matchless E9500, a Ford Anglia, a Standard Vanguard a Morris Minor and a Jowett Javelin. The Morris is owned by Larry Hess a leading member of Eastbourne Historic Vehicle Club who has travelled from USA to be here and will be assisting in Marshalling.

Dave Homewood takes oldest running vehicle with his 1909 Brush Runabout. In excess of 15 car clubs join the event including regulars Senlac Austin 7s and the amazing Lone Star American Vehicle Club.

Performers during the weekend include Dirty Martini Swing Band, Dub n Tuff Allstars, Coldshot, Fay and Ben, Tourle Brothers, Natterjack, Michael Hinch and Audio 6.

The event included Fairground attractions, exhibitors and food outlets. Over 500 exhibitors registered to join the event.

Parking Information

To park your car the charge is £2 all day on both Sat & Sun at Five Acre Field. At Fort Fun it will be the usual parking charges as advertised on site. Please Note that for during Magnificent Motors only half of this area will be available.
