Tribute to the King of Rock and Roll Returns to Eastbourne Bandstand

Audiences will be left ‘All Shook Up’ after the best-selling tribute to Elvis Presley returns to Eastbourne Bandstand on 6 May for an evening of iconic music as part of the Bandstand’s longest season yet.
The Young Elvis Years stage show is packed with hits to take the audience on a journey through Elvis’ musical success from the Early Sun Recordings to hits from Elvis’ movies. Audiences can sing along to the early hits such as ‘That’s All Right’ and ‘Shake Rattle n Roll’ to ‘Blue Suede Shoes’, ‘Hound Dog’ and ‘Viva Las Vegas’ from Elvis’ Hollywood days.
With over 10 years’ experience performing worldwide, Mark Summers as Young Elvis and The Memphis Sons Band recreate an authentic look and sound to emulate Elvis’ original performances. Dressed in 50s styled suits and playing instruments with a vintage look and feel, the concert transports audiences back in time from the early 50s to Vegas.
Music lovers can enjoy tributes to some of the music industry’s biggest icons every Friday and Saturday throughout the summer, with an extra two weeks added to the season to enjoy even more quality acts. Taking centre stage this year is tributes to the likes of the Beach Boys and the Rolling Stones with new acts for the Beatles and the Pet Shop Boys.
Doors and the bar open at 7.00pm with the concert kicking off at 8.00pm for an evening of entertainment. Ticket prices start at £7.75 for adults and £5.50 for children, with a 10% discount for Friends of the Bandstand.
