Tribute Act Rolls Back to Eastbourne Bandstand

Like a Rolling Stone, the incredible tribute act, returns in a ‘Jumping Jack Flash’ to Eastbourne Bandstand on Friday 12 May for an evening of iconic music, outfits, and dancing as part of the Bandstand’s longest season yet.
The returning group captures the charisma and energy that made the Rolling Stones “The greatest Rock Band in the world”. Featuring the band’s most popular songs ‘Paint it Black’, ‘Brown Sugar’ and ‘Ruby Tuesday’ to name a few, this tribute act embodies Rock and Roll’s most entertaining band, giving the audience complete ‘Satisfaction’ as they sing along to all the best hits.
The concert impressively recreates the authenticity and takes the audience back to the 1960s to enjoy for the first time, or all over again. Like a Rolling Stone take centre stage, donning the legendary outfits and distinctive mannerisms of the group making this an experience not to be missed.
The Bandstand’s tribute season continues from April to October with an eclectic medley to suit all music lovers. Tribute nights take stage every Friday and Saturday throughout the summer, paying homage to some of the music industry’s biggest icons, from Adele to the Beach Boys with new acts for Fleetwood Mac and Oasis.
Doors and the bar open at 7.00pm with the concert kicking off at 8.00pm for an evening of entertainment. Ticket prices start at £7.75 for adults and £5.50 for children, with 10% discount for Friends of the Bandstand.

Traditional Sunday Afternoon Concert with Norwood Wind Ensemble
Sunday 14 May at 3pm
A weekly Sunday serving of traditional music to while away the afternoon, this week featuring Norwood Wind ensemble. This Symphonic Concert Band based in Croydon offer a range from wind orchestra classics and marches to classical, contemporary and modern compositions.

1812 Firework Concert with Crawley Millennium Concert Band
Wednesday 17 May at 8pm
A lively evening ranging from rock to jazz, classical to military and dance to show music, culminating in the Bandstand weekly rousing rendition of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, set against the backdrop of stunning fireworks.
