Skateboard Competition: Terms and Conditions
Read all the competition rules carefully before entering and you could be in with a chance of winning a Speed Days Skateboard!
- Only one entry can be submitted per person.
- All entries should be submitted on a postcard and must be marked with the entrant's name, age, address, contact number and e-mail address and dropped into the entry box in Loco Skates, 10 Station Parade, Eastbourne or posted to the shop.
- • Eastbourne Borough Council and Loco Skates will not accept any liability for loss or damage caused to entries and will not accept responsibility for delayed entries.
- Closing date for entries: 30 November 2008. Any entries received after this date will not be considered. The winner will be announced shortly thereafter.
- There will be one winner and they will receive the Lush Longboards Skateboard. No cash alternative.
- By entering the competition, you consent to Eastbourne Borough Council and Loco Skates using your data to keep you updated of future events and competitions. If you do not want your data to be used please clearly mark this on your entry.
- By entering the competition you agree to be involved in any promotional activity after the competition that may come with winning, i.e. photocalls etc.
- The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into over individual entries.
- Eastbourne Borough Council and Loco Skates will not accept responsibility or liability for any injuries sustained by using the prize skateboard and recommend that the correct safety equipment is worn when using the skateboard
