It is situated on Eastbourne's splendid seafront between the Redoubt Gardens and Princes Park, opposite the promenade which provides an easy level walk to Holywell at one end and the Harbour at the other and for those less able to walk, there is a Dotto Train which provides a pleasant ride to both ends of the promenade and the town centre.
