Do you meet them in a coffee shop, a local hotel lobby or "bite the bullet" and invite them to your home, in the hope that they won't see your lack of office facilties as a hindrance?
BPE Business Connections can offer you another alternative. We have a well-appointed and modern meeting room for use by local businesses at our centrally located offices, close to all the major transport links. You can hire our meeting room for a minimum of 1 hour and we can accommodate up to approximately 100 people. We can offer boardroom/modular table seating (for up to 60 people), or theatre style (for up to approx 80 people)
Our meeting rooms come with Free Wi-fi, projector, flat screen TV, wipe board, flip chart, telephone conferencing, high tech flat screen PC's, unlimited tea/coffee/water & biscuits. We can also provide (at an additional cost) a printing & photo-copying/faxing service, if required and pastries/fruit juice & lunches can be provided for.
In addition there are two car parks adjacent to our facilities. Our rooms are ideal for meetings/ interviewing/ training/ demonstrations/ studying & hot desking. Clients also have access to public & disabled toilet facilities.
