This beautiful property has been recently refurbished to a high standard with 3 completely self-contained one-bedroom flats. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, top quality double bed in the bedroom, comfortable sofa bed in the living room and private facilities, wi-fi, ipod dock/radio alarm clock and satellite TV. Parking vouchers available. Non-smoking throughout. Pets most welcome. Sorry, not set up to accept card payments yet.

From the M25, take the M23 towards Brighton. Just before Brighton, take the A27 east, signposted Lewes/Worthing. Follow the signs to the seafront, continue on towards the pier and we are just next to the Royal Hotel.
The train station is 10 minutes' walk away. Walk from the station down the road to the seafront, turn left at the pier, past the Queen's Hotel and we are number 7 on Marine Parade.
