Coming Up
Willie Doherty is renowned for his video installations and photographs. Disturbance surveys the artist's works from the mid 1980s to today, including his most recent video, Ancient Ground, shot earlier this year on the peat bogs of County Donegal.

Towner Tours, Talks and Workshops
Towner offers a rich and varied programme of talks, tours, workshops and activities for all ages, plus free daily tours of the building.
Free Family Drop-In Sessions
Art materials and free family packs are available every Saturday and Sunday and daily throughout school holidays, when families are invited to get creative and make some art of their own.

Architectural Achievement Award
Towner offers not only an exciting programme of exhibitions and events but also outstanding seaside architecture, which led to the new building winning the Architectural Achievement Award in the 2009 British Design Awards, sponsored by Elle Decoration.

All areas of Towner are acccessible and assistance dogs are welcome. Wheelchairs, magnifying glasses and large print brochures are available, plus baby changing facilities provided in both male & female toilets.
