We have car parking areas across the Downs, at Beachy Head, Warren Hill and Butts Brow at Willingdon.

Prices

Parking at the above areas is free to Eastbourne residents who display their Residents Card in their windscreens.

To obtain a Residents Card, please bring your council tax bill to Eastbourne Borough Council, Customer First, 1 Grove Road, Eastbourne BN21 4TW or the Tourist Information Centre, Cornfield Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4QA.

Those without a Residents Card can use the pay and display machines. Disabled badge holders are free.

An Annual Downland permit (£20) is available for non-residents and is valid for any of the three locations listed above. To apply for or renew a Downland parking permit apply online. Payment is by debit or credit card.
