A friendly, non-smoking, Victorian-style guesthouse which is family-run, one minute from the promenade, easy walking distance to all attractions, theatres, conference centres, restaurants, etc. All bedrooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities and TV. Choices of full english or continental style breakfast, fruit, yoghurts etc. We welcome families and well behaved pets (subject to availability). Euros accepted. Open all year. Check-in after 4pm, check-out 10.30am. Non-smoking.

The Sovereign Centre is 1/2 mile away, whilst the seafront and shops are a 2 minute walk away.
