The Beachy Head Marathon is one the biggest off-road marathons in the UK. Formerly known as the Seven Sisters Marathon, it is popular for its scenic and challenging route through the South Downs National Park countryside. Great for runners, joggers or walkers looking to get fit.
 

The Beachy Head Half is new in its second year and begins on Sunday 17 October 2021. The route will encompass much of the marathon route, however will detour into new surroundings which still have that amazing, picturesque scenery.
 

The 10k run will set off with a route comprising of breathtaking views and challenges, taking a shorter looping route across the Downs to Belle Tout Lighthouse and back.

Start/Finish from Eastbourne Seafront at the start of the South Downs Way.

The challenging event, set against the stunning backdrop of the South Downs National Park, will see thousands of runners take part, and will also feature the 10k run for a consecutive eighth year and the hugely successful Half Marathon returning for it's second year!

Introduced in 2013, the annual Beachy Head 10K will take place on Sunday 24 October and has grown every year and become a firm favourite for 10K runners looking to experience the cross-country course and also with those looking at taking their first steps in the running world!
