Barley Sugar is an artisan delicatessen and restaurant in Eastbourne East Sussex offering a refreshing approach to stylish eating and living.

As an independent delicatessen, Barley Sugar only focuses on top quality produce from the UK and the continent, but with a particular emphasis on local Sussex produce. The shop prides ourselves on ensuring that all products are all of the very highest quality and works on the ethos that provenance, natural ingredients and flavour really matter.

With a vast cheese counter displaying around 100 different cheeses, a great choice of continental and British charcuterie & hams and a daily delivery of fresh artisan sourdough breads, Barley Sugar also stocks all of the deli essentials that you would expect to find in a high class delicatessen.

Barley Sugar Kitchen is the adjoining cafe and restaurant and it is here that they are able to showcase some of the dishes created using the wonderful products from the deli.
