    “Short break”

It was a privilege to stay in such a beautiful house. Wendy made us very welcome and took time out to tell us about the history of the house and to point out interesting features of the garden. Everything was clean; we had our towels changed, even though it was not strictly necessary. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade bread and marmalades! We hope to visit again to see the garden in its full summer glory.
