Beach Front Guest House offers one of the best views, breakfasts & ratings in Eastbourne. We are a child friendly, family run guest house that has 10 rooms in total; three are spacious sea view rooms and two also overlook the South Downs. Our others have been newly refurbished to a very high standard, all with free high speed WiFi and large flat screen TVs.

When staying at Beach Front, guests can enjoy stunning sea views from our conservatory and sun lounge as well as our highly commended, locally sourced breakfast in the light and airy breakfast room.

Our location couldn't be better for your stay in Eastbourne. The beach is directly opposite and the town and Pier just a short stroll along the promenade. The theatres, tennis and conference centre are also just a short walk away.

Notes

We do not advertise that we are wheelchair friendly but we do have guests with wheelchairs who stay in our Ground Floor Twin Room, as there are only 5 steps from the street and this room is next to our Breakfast Room. So for people with limited mobility, it works very well.
