“Disgusted”

I paid £175 for one night’s stay at your hotel. I did not even stay the night due to the standard of my room.
How can anyone charge so much for a shocking room. (Room 301)
It was like no one had touched the room since 1975!!
I walked out after checking in and booked straight into the View Hotel and paid £169 for a very pleasant stay.
You seriously need to look at your hotel or your pricing!
