Birling Gap Seven Sisters


A circular route lead by Julie Ford from INSTEPP across the beautiful South Downs from Friston Church, BN20 0EU.

Over Crowlink heading towards the Seven Sisters, turning East towards Birling Gap, along the Coastal Path.

Waling over 3 of the Seven Sisters (steep terrain). There is a café and toilets at Birling Gap.

The walk then heads back to East Dean village over Crowlink where there is another café,

Beehive Deli, as well as a toilet.

Finishing with a walk uphill through ‘Hobbs Eares’ to Friston Church.
