South Downs Way

The route, lead by Kirsty Peckham from The Coach by the Sea, is the bottom of the Downs in Eastbourne starting at the cafe just next to Bede’s school and we will follow the immediate path along around the downs (not up) and then do a loop shape (not going down the steps onto the beach and not going up onto the top of the Downs) this route incorporates the school’s playing fields and often where the horses are at some times of the year!

A coastal walk with some gentle gradients.  Some paths are uneven.  Use the everyday activity of walking as a mindful practise, tuning into your environment and the sensations in your body to be present.
