Eastbourne Sports Festival showcases the diversity of sports clubs and groups in the Eastbourne area as well as opening up the opportunity for people to get involved; having a go at sports they may otherwise not have the opportunity to try.
Starting on the weekend of 20 - 21 May, this year sees the event expand with further activities taking place during the week, up until Friday 26th May completing seven days of sporting opportunities.
There is also the chance to raise some money for charity as all proceeds from the event go directly to the NSPCC Eastbourne branch helping their ChildLine Schools Service projects.
The event is open to all families; children and adults combined and extends across the local area with ten different sporting venues hosting. The chance is there to get involved in a variety of activities ranging from Fencing to Trampolining and costing just £1.00 each, per person.
There are no restrictions based on ability, all taster sessions are designed to be from beginner level unless specified. The Sports Festival plans to be a fun-filled week of sport and fundraising, so please take a look at what’s on and start booking on!
Timetables include individual sport’s appropriate age groups, if no specific ages are noted then the activity is open to everyone. For more information, including timetables please visit
