Compass Artists, Underwater Tales II 2023

About

Take part in this art trail, hosted by Eastbourne’s leading hotels. Enjoy walking the promenade, stopping to view contemporary art in the hotels’ public bars, cafes, and restaurants.

From September to May the theme is Land and from May to September, Water.

Each year the rolling exhibition curated by Compass Arts continues, revealing new and different perspectives through the eyes of neurodivergent artists.

About Compass Arts

Based in Eastbourne, Compass Arts is an intergenerational, co-creative, artist led organisation for anyone vulnerable to social isolation, lived trauma, mental illness and hidden disabilities. Nine interdisciplinary artists deliver a weekly program across several sites, free of charge and without any expectation of participants. The artists regularly work together to put on exhibitions, events and self-publish. A Collective was formed for participants who identify as an artist and wish to develop their contemporary practices through greater public interface.
