Eastbourne Downs Golf Course

About

Set in one of the most envied positions for any golf course, high on a plateau behind Beachy Head with amazing views both over the South Downs and also out to the English Channel. Out to sea you can see some 80 miles from Dungeness in the east to the Isle of Wight!

The course was laid out by 5 times Open Champion J.H.Taylor more than 110 years ago, at 6601 yards from the white tees, and is recognised as one of the best-kept courses in the county with beautiful, fast greens.

Located at the start of the South Downs National Park, the course offers mens, ladies, seniors and junior competitions as well as a clubhouse.

Come along, you will receive a warm welcome. If you have a non-golfer with you, then there is no better place to sit and admire the great views from the bar or restaurant. With a reputation as a very friendly club, pay them a visit and after the superb course take it easy with a drink and a meal overlooking the Sea.

Membership to Eastbourne Downs Golf Course starts from just £250 for adults, with green fees for non-members starting at just £15, all bookable through the website.
