Here's some handy information on parking the car if you're driving down to Airbourne.
Our aim is to encourage the use of public transport, but if it simply cannot be avoided, here's some information you might need to know.
The following information is correct at the time of publication. Eastbourne Borough Council cannot be held responsible for any changes in prices, opening times or information contained on this page.
Book your parking in advance and join the express lane to avoid the queues, PLUS you'll also save £5 per car compared to on-the-day entry prices.

Not sure which day to come? You can switch your arrival day up until 9am on the day of your booking (subject to availability).
Car park fee includes a copy of the Official Airbourne Souvenir programme and pin badge (RRP £10) provided on arrival (subject to availability).
All car parking revenue helps to fund the flying displays at the airshow - please give generously to support the future of the show.
Height restrictions may apply at some car parks.
Please note, normal seafront parking charges remain in force for the duration of the airshow.
While card payments are available in some car parks, card machines will be limited and therefore bringing the correct amount of change to pay for parking in cash is recommended to ensure a quick and smooth experience. This is with the exception of the King Edward's Parade car park which will only accept card payments.
There will be a Park & Bus scheme in operation at Five Acres Field, Lottbridge Drove, BN22 7SG - follow direction signage from A22, A259 (east) and A27 (west) with buses running to and from the beginning of the airshow site at Cavendish Place.

Convenient seafront parking - just 100 spaces available at the western end of Seafront. King Edward's Parade, Eastbourne BN20 7JS (opposite Staveley Road).

This car park accepts card payment only and is unable to accept cash payments.
Please note - this car park is not suitable for motorhomes or overnight parking.
For somewhere a bit different and unique, head to the Park n' View car parks at Beachy Head (near the pub), with views of some of the bigger flying displays as they take place over Eastbourne seafront**. Toilets and refreshments available.
Airbourne car parks include the pre-bookable Dencher with overflow parking at Warren Hill and Dewpond. Please note the permanent car parks at Beachy Head and Warren Hill are pay and display and normal charges will apply.
** Please note all displays will take place on the display line between the Western Lawns and the Pier. There are no flying displays at Beachy Head.

We advise arriving early to avoid the traffic queues. Car parks locked overnight
£21 in advance; £26 on the day (includes souvenir programme and pin badge RRP £10 subject to availability). Daily charge levied for parking as part of the event traffic management for the area. Booking fee applicable.
There is one designated Disabled Parking area, available on a first come first served basis. Devonshire Place (between its junction with Grand Parade B2103 and its junction with Memorial Roundabout (BN21 4AJ) 8am - 6.30pm.
The off seafront NCP Pay and Display Car Park also has bays for disabled drivers - Trinity Place, BN21 3BZ.
A limited number of spaces are available for motorbike parking on King Edward's Parade - just west of the junction with Silverdale Road.
Eastbourne offers a number of electric vehicle charging points. Please note that Devonshire Park Car Park is closed during the airshow and charging points will not be available to visitors.

Free cycle parks are available at Wilmington Square and Howard Square.
Please keep in mind that some Road Closures are in place during Airbourne.
Coach pick-up/drop-off point: Pier Head
During the airshow a free permit is required to drop off and pick up passengers. You can apply by downloading the application below in PDF format.
