Expression of interest is open to display your car club at our Magnificent Motors event in 2026! Sign up via the form below.
*PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for expressions of interest is Sunday 11th January.
Why are we charging an entry fee?
Due to significant increases in minimum wage and temporary infrastructure costs (such as portaloos), we are no longer able to keep this event free of charge to exhibitors. In order to help us recover some of these rising costs and ensure the future sustainability of the event, we are introducing a small fee of £5 per vehicle, per day. This fee is only payable if your club is successful. Payment is not required to express your interest, however a payment link will be sent if your club is successful.
We will start planning and allocating car clubs in January and we will notify you before Friday 30th January as to whether your club has been successful. Please do not be disheartened if your club is not accepted, you will then have the opportunity to secure an individual entry from Wednesday 4th February 2026 when individual entries go LIVE! (Subject to availability – first come, first served basis).
Due to limited site space, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE EVERY CAR CLUB A SPACE AND WE WILL TRY AND ROTATE CAR CLUBS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO GIVE EVERYONE A FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO BE INVOLVED IN THE EVENT.

Terms and Conditions for Entries Submitted
- Owners must ensure all drivers of the exhibits are qualified in law to handle the class of vehicle involved (no under age drivers).
- No exhibit is to be left running in the control of any person unable to stop it in an emergency.
- No exhibit shall be left running unattended.
- All vehicles shall be safely parked, securely braked and/or choked.
- A speed limit of walking pace only shall apply to all vehicles, including modern vehicles, on the show site.
- Entrants must pay proper regard to the Marshals’ instructions and conduct themselves in a manner which will not inconvenience other persons on the site.
- All exhibits attending the event must be insured.
