Competition Terms and Conditions
- To enter, entrants must complete the entry form on the competition page.
- Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
- Competition closes at midnight on 31 August 2025. Any entries after this will not be included in the prize draw.
- Competition prizes and additional terms and conditions for each prize are listed on the competition page.
- Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter (VisitEastbourne).
- Winners will be drawn in order of prizes, with first drawn name winning prize number one, and so on.
- The prize will be awarded to the name on the entry form and the prize is non-transferrable.
- Winners will be contacted via the email provided as part of their entry.
- Winners must respond to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days. Failure to respond by this date will result in forfeiting the prize and another winner being chosen.
- Prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
- Dates are non-transferable. In the event that the winner has already purchased tickets, refunds will not be given and alternative prize packages will not be offered.
- Prizes are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equal value prize, should circumstances arise outside of its control.
- Travel expenses are at the winner’s own cost.
- Drinks are not included in restaurant prizes.
- Visa, passport validity and other travel requirements are the winner’s responsibilities.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of those able to take part, selection of winners and all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.
- The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
- The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
