The Junior European Open, first staged in 1993 and now in its 31st year, is widely considered as the toughest test in junior golf across Europe. The Junior European Open 2023 is open to all junior golfers in the UK, Europe and beyond, born after 1st January 2004 for boys and 1st January 2003 for girls

45 Regional Finals take place at venues throughout the year across the UK and Europe from March until October with the Champions Week Finals taking place in November in Spain, played over five rounds and is televised on Sky Sports Golf.

And for the first time, two qualifiers are being held at the Eastbourne Downs Golf Course, the first on Sunday 7th May and the second on Sunday 3rd September, the only ones in Sussex
