Soul II Soul Live in Concert

About

SOUL II SOUL to perform LIVE at Eastbourne's Winter Gardens
Legendary British music collective to perform show at Winter Gardens on 16th April 2022

The double Grammy Award winning and five-time Brit Award nominated band are set to perform this Spring on 16 April 2022. The soul and funk group's origin story started in London in the 80s, in the vibrant underground warehouse scene and they quickly rose to become the vanguard of British Black music. Their soulful classics Back To Life (However Do you Want Me) and Keep On Movin' carried the group to the heights of success, being huge US and UK hits. Having sold over 10 million albums across the globe, they've performed in over 20 countries, appearing in the most famous global venues such as Wembley and New York's Universal Ample Theatre. 2022 sees the collective group touring the UK, never missing a beat, and bringing their usual soulful energy.

Soul II Soul are supported by BBC 2 radio's own Trevor Nelson. In 1996, he secured his first role on BBC Radio 1, presenting the UK's first national RNB show The Rhythm Nation. Trevor went on to achieve immense success hosting weekly radio shows on BBC 1Xtra and now BBC Radio 2 and always his finger on the pulse of the latest RNB and soul tracks. London's own Shola Ama, whose angelic voice saw her rise to stardom in her cover track You Might Need Somebody in 1997. That same year, she released her soulful tracks Who's Loving My Baby and You're The Only One I Love. We cannot wait to hear her performing live this Spring.
Get yourself ready for what is set to be a high-energy RNB and soul show on 16th April 2022.
