By entering this competition entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:
- This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except for employees (and their immediate families) of Bede's School.
- The competition will commence on 30 May 2026 and will close on 23:59 on 7 June 2026. Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be valid.
- To enter the competition, participants must complete the form on VisitEastbourne.com. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The prize is four (4) tickets to Bede's Legat Dance Academy's performance of 'One Night Only' at the Congress Theatre on Friday 19 June 2026 at 7.30pm. The tickets are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw/selection will take place on or around 8 June 2026.
- The winner will be notified by email and the winner will be required to respond by 23:59 on 10 June to claim their prize and confirm their availability to attend the performance on Friday 19 June 2026 at 7.30pm. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, or is unable to attend the performance, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random.
- Bedes School reserves the right to use the name and image of the winner for reasonable publicity purposes relating to the competition without further compensation, unless otherwise notified by the winner.
- VisitEastbourne’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- VisitEastbourne reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
- By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
