The Boy at the Back of the Class Competition Terms and Conditions

Competition open from 5 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 12 March 2026. Entries received outside of these dates will not be counted.
Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
Two winners will be chosen. Each winner will be awarded one Family Ticket (up to 2 adults and 2 children), one copy of The Boy at the Back of the Class book with signature slip from the author, and one backpack.
Prize tickets are valid for 7pm performance on 24 March 2026 only.
Winners will be contacted via email.
Winners agree for their name and email address to be provided to Trafalgar Theatres to process the tickets.
eTickets will be sent to the email address provided, however if requested in advance, printed tickets can be collected from Box Office. Book and Rucksack prize package to be collected from the Devonshire Park Theatre Box Office at least 30 minutes before doors open to the performance.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
Travel expenses are at the winner’s own cost.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

VisitEastbourne‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
VisitEastbourne shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
VisitEastbourne also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
