A Moment in Time Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except for employees (and their immediate families) of Bede's School.
The competition will commence on 12 May 2025 and will close on 26 May 2025. Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be valid.
To enter the competition, participants must complete the form on VisitEastbourne.com. Only one entry per person is permitted.
The prize is four (4) tickets to Bede's Legat Dance Academy's performance of 'A Moment in Time' at the Congress Theatre on Thursday 19 June 2025 at 7.30pm. The tickets are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw/selection will take place on or around 27 May 2025.
The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the winner selection. The winner will be required to respond within 2 days of the notification to claim their prize and confirm their availability to attend the performance on Thursday 19 June 2025 at 7.30pm.
If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe or is unable to attend the performance, Visit Eastbourne reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and in accordance with current data protection legislation. By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for this purpose.
Bede's School reserves the right to use the name and image of the winner for reasonable publicity purposes relating to the competition without further compensation, unless otherwise notified by the winner.
Visit Eastbourne's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Visit Eastbourne reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without priornotice if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
