About

Nothing says Christmas like Bing Crosby, Michael Bublé and the classic sound of a big band. This year, the Len Phillips Swing Orchestra is back to celebrate in style with A Swingin' Christmas. A seasonal family favourite show, it's packed with some of the best loved Christmas tunes of all time like Jingle Bells, Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer and many more.

The LPSO have recently featured in their own Sky Arts televised concert series and their latest single went straight into the iTunes Jazz Charts at number 1. Dame Joan Collins described the band as "The ultimate orchestra with an unrivalled sound.”

Star of the six BBC Proms and Friday Night Is Music Night, Matt Ford has performed with the finest orchestras in the land, including the Hallé, Royal Philharmonic, City of Birmingham Symphony and BBC Concert Orchestra. He's been described as “…the archetypal crooner in the mould of Sinatra and Crosby" by David Mellor in the Mail On Sunday and will be singing some of the biggest holiday hits from Sleigh Ride to Let It Snow, evoking the style and charm of golden age of the crooners.

Julia Sullivan is a tour de force of a big band singer, in the style of Peggy Lee and Ella Fitzgerald. Having performed at venues from Ronnie Scott’s to The Jazz Café, she is fast becoming one of most talked about big band singers on the scene today. Julia brings to the stage the magic of the greatest female singers with everyone's holiday favourites, including Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, The Christmas Song and Silent Night.

This really is the most wonderful time of the year, so get your friends together and bring in the holiday season with the Len Phillips Swing Orchestra and A Swingin' Christmas.
