The Belgian Cafe

About

Right on Eastbourne’s seafront, The Belgian Café is a relaxed, friendly spot where fresh seafood, local ingredients, and great company come together.

We’re best known for our oysters, mussels, and seafood platters — simple, seasonal, and full of flavour. Whether you’re a seafood lover or just looking to try something new, you’ll find plenty to tempt you here.

Not into seafood? No problem. Our seasonal tapas, salads, burgers, and comforting classics make sure everyone feels at home — from a light bite and a glass of wine to a full evening meal.

And for beer lovers — The Belgian Café is home to Beer Me Brewery, where we brew our own Belgian-style beer, always fresh and on tap. You’ll also find a great selection of bottled beers from Belgium and beyond, perfect to pair with any dish.
