Spring bulbs at Bates Green Garden

About

Join us for a series of three inspiring Garden Tutorials at Bates Green Garden in 2026, each thoughtfully timed to celebrate the unique beauty and challenges of spring, summer, and autumn. Guided by Head Gardener Emma Reece, these seasonal walks will immerse participants in the art of border planning and maintenance, garden design, and essential tasks for each time of year. Emma will share practical tips for creating a naturalistic garden, gardening with wildlife in mind, and adapting your gardening practices to climate change, all while highlighting the most captivating features of the season.
Each tutorial offers a warm welcome with a hot drink and a slice of homemade cake, providing a relaxed atmosphere for questions, sharing ideas, and connecting with fellow garden enthusiasts. Whether you are looking for new ideas to take home or want to deepen your understanding of sustainable gardening, these workshops offer practical insight and inspiration for every gardener.
Please book in advance for this event. Visit the Events page of our website.
£35 per session or only £90 for all three.
