Welcome Building

About

Eastbourne's newest conference and exhibition venue, the Welcome Building, is conveniently positioned between the Congress Theatre and Winter Garden.

Its innovative design links all levels of the new facilities to existing spaces in both the Congress Theatre and Winter Garden. Two large exhibition halls, the Mallory and Shackleton, offer flexible exhibition and conference space, whilst an additional breakout room, the Orwell, boasts stunning views over the famous Tennis Grounds.

Fully flexible space features disabled access, wifi and full AV support.

Total delegates: 988 theatre style.

In line with Eastbourne's commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030, the Welcome Building has been fitted with photovoltaic solar panels on its roof.
