Father's Day in Eastbourne

This Father’s Day is the perfect opportunity to create long-lasting memories in Eastbourne.
The Lamb Inn

Why not take Dad to enjoy a well-deserved pint at one of Eastbourne’s many pubs? The Lamb Inn located in Eastbourne’s Old Town is the oldest pub in Eastbourne dating all the way back to 1180. You can even view the 60ft well and the crypt based in the pub’s cellar.

Alternatively head along to the Beachy Head Inn for great views across to the world famous Beachy Head lighthouse and Seven Sisters.

Beer Festival
With several local breweries on our doorstep including Harvey’s of Lewes, there are heaps of real ales waiting to be given a taste test. If he fancies himself as a beer connoisseur afterwards then treat him to a ticket to the Eastbourne Beer Festival on 10-12 October!
Eastbourne Bandstand concerts and events

Music brings everybody together regardless of age, so treat Dad to a night at the Bandstand for one of their iconic tribute nights where he can relive the ‘good old days’.  On Friday 14 June, jive along to the retro sounds of Buddy Holly, or if rock n’ roll is more his thing then the Elvis tribute on Saturday 15 June might be just the ticket!

With over 140 shows planned for this year, there’s bound to be something that would please even the most eclectic of musical tastes.

Golf Course

If Dad’s sport mad then how about a day spent together on the fairway. The Eastbourne Downs Golf Course enjoys spectacular setting in the South Downs National Park with views over the countryside and coast. We’ve even got a special discount offer for 20% off green fees valid until the end of the year.

It’s a summer of sport in Eastbourne so a great opportunity to get up close to some of the tennis elite with a day pass to view the Nature Valley International which takes place at Devonshire Park from 21-29 June.
