Oasis Tribute Brings the Gallagher Brothers Swagger to Eastbourne Bandstand

‘Today is gonna be the day’ that the Oasis legacy lives on, with a debut performance here on the sunshine coast by tribute act ‘Oaceis’. The five-piece will be bringing the famous Gallagher brothers swagger back together to perform a ‘wonderwall’ tribute to the world famous Mancunian band.

Formed in Birmingham ‘Oaceis’ are travelling down to Eastbourne on Saturday 29 July for one night only, to capture the real style and feel of Oasis from their prime time.

Taking visitors back to the late 90’s by recreating the thrilling atmosphere from some of Oasis’ most famous performances. Oaceis’ inspiration stems from the famous gigs and stadium tours transporting their audience back in time.

Oasis fans can sing along to some of their famous hit songs including ‘Don’t look back in anger’ and ‘Roll with it’ under the picturesque back drop of Eastbourne seafront.

Their passion and love for Oasis is infatuating for any audience, reminiscing the Oasis era in a tribute fit for the original English rock band. The uncanny resemblance between the most recognisable lead singer in British modern music and Oaceis’ lead singer will leave you questioning whether you’re in Eastbourne or at Knebworth back in 1996.

Starting the weekend off to a bang on Friday 28 July is The Police & Sting Tribute show with The Police Force, one of the best tribute acts around. Taking to the stage to perform all five of the number one well known hit wonders along with a massive collection of top 40 chart hits, audiences will definitely be in for a spectacular night to remember.

Doors and the bar open at 7.00pm with the concert kicking off at 8.00pm for an evening of entertainment. Ticket prices start at £7.75 for adults and £5.50 for children, with 10% discount for Friends of the Bandstand.

Kids Live Band Party Nights

Kicking off their first of many kids nights AKA will be performing live for the kids of Eastbourne creating an outdoor disco. With a night full of chart toppers and family favourites, catering for all the family. Getting everyone up on their feet onto the dance floor, leaving kids wanting the summer to carry on forever.

1812 Firework Concert with Adur Concert Band
Wednesday 2 August at 8pm
Going back more than 35 years the locally famous 1812 Firework Concert is featuring Adur Concert Band performing many pieces from show and theme to popular standards, with special concert band arrangements. Finishing their performance with Tchaikovsky’s 1812 overture accompanied by the spectacular Firework display.

The Big Band & Swing Sound with The Brighton Big Band
Thursday 3 August at 8pm
One of Brighton’s longest established big bands is returning to perform on the UK’s busiest Bandstand performing a mix of Miller, Basie and Ellington along with a Sinatra repertoire.
