Bryan Adams Tribute to Rock at the Bandstand

It’s sure to be a rocking night at Eastbourne Bandstand on Friday 13 July when The Bryan Adams Effect bring the ‘Summer of 69’ to the seafront venue. The group, who are performing for the first time at the Bandstand, are sure to take audiences to ‘Cloud Number Nine’ as they perform some of the rock superstar’s famous tracks.


The Bryan Adams EffectWith an extensive back catalogue of over 30 years’ of hits, including ‘The Only Thing That Looks Good on Me is You’, ‘Back to You’ and the iconic ‘(Everything I Do), I Do it For You’ fans of the multi-award winning Canadian singer are sure to be dancing in the aisles.

Another charismatic showman will be taking to the stage on Saturday 14 July, when Paul Reason and His Band entertains the crowds as the UK's official number one Robbie Williams tribute artist.

Robbie is one of the best known artists of recent years’ both from his time as part of boyband Take That and then as a solo artist. He has racked up over 75 million record sales worldwide and scooped a record 18 Brit Awards. Bandstand audiences will enjoy all the hits including ‘Rock DJ’ ‘Let Me Entertain You’ and of course the sing-a-long classic ‘Angels’.

Tickets cost £7.95 in advance (child £5.95) and doors open at 7pm for an 8pm performance. Friends of Eastbourne Bandstand card holders receive 10% off their ticket.

If you like your music on the more traditional side, then on Sunday 15 July, the afternoon concert will be performed by the Sussex Band of The Royal British Legion (Horsham) from 3pm. Things are sure to get a little hotter that evening, as we head down to Latin America for the Bandstand’s Salsa and Cuban Night. Son Guarachando are one of the top exponents of Cuban Salsa and Latin music in the UK and they’ll bring a little bit of Cuban rhythm to Eastbourne from 8pm.

Tickets for the Traditional Afternoon cost £3.50 (child £2.00) and for Salsa and Cuban Night, £7.95 in advance (child £5.95).
