Eastbourne Tourist Information Centre Make Christmas Wishes Come True

Little ones can expect to hear from Father Christmas himself this year, thanks to the free Christmas letter delivery service at Eastbourne’s Tourist Information Centre from 1-22 December, amongst other free festive fun. North Pole Express at The Tourist Information Centre

 

From the 1-22 December, youngsters can bring their letters for Father Christmas to the TIC’s North Pole Express Post Box completely free of charge, with no stamp necessary. Using their contacts in the North Pole, children will receive a guaranteed reply from Father Christmas himself which will be delivered through letterboxes in time for Christmas Eve.

The TIC’s famous Bauble Bonanza also returns for more festive fun this year between 1-23 December. The ceiling of the TIC will be transformed into a magical Christmas scene as it’s laced in baubles, lights and decorations. All ages are invited to guess how many baubles hang on the ceiling, with sweet treats given to children who take part. The lucky winner who guesses the correct number of baubles can get their hands on a free Eastbourne goody bag and tickets to enjoy a show at Eastbourne Theatres!

Eastbourne Borough Council Lead Cabinet Member for Tourism and Enterprise, Cllr Margaret Bannister said “Eastbourne is a truly magical place throughout the Christmas season and the Tourist Information Centre are helping to spread that festive feeling with their free Christmas fun across December!”

Christmas shoppers can cut the cost of buying presents this year with Black Friday deals for as little as £1 across the weekend of 24-27 November. Amongst the products with a slash-down price are Eastbourne bears, canvases, posters, candles amongst other stocking fillers and souvenirs.
