Eastbourne Silver Band will be presenting the 12th Eastbourne Concert of Remembrance at Our Lady of Ransom Church.

The Mayor, M.P., along with the Bishop of Arundel and Brighton and Chair of ESCC will be attending, along with local dignitaries and representatives of the Emergency Services.

There will be a parading of the Standards of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces and presentation of the Torch of Remembrance with light refreshments provided in the church hall after the concert.

Following the body of the concert there will be a short period of remembrance including Last Post, Kohima epitaph and Reveille.

There will also be a voluntary collection as people leave the church but, as the concert is self financed by the band and private sponsorship, all money donated will be distributed to local armed forces charities.
