Eastbourne Bonfire Society celebrates 25 years this year and stages a colourful procession along the seafront and is being extended into town for the special anniversary year. There will be a torchlight procession, beach‑side bonfire and a spectacular fireworks display. And because this year marks the silver jubilee, there will also be exciting new plans to make the celebration bigger and more memorable than ever! Everyone welcome!

The first seafront procession kicks off from the Crown and Anchor Pub at 7:15pm, while the second — following the new town‑centre extension — will head into town from around 8:30pm. The procession will later return to the Seafront finishing near the Wish Tower Slopes.

Bonfire: Returning to the seafront, a huge bonfire will be lit with a amazingly crafted effigy which will be revealed on the night.

Fireworks: The celebrations will end with a dazzling display of fireworks which will light up the sky.
